At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for a Billing Team Leader who is passionate about operational excellence, leadership, and continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for leading a high-performing Billing team that consistently delivers excellence through accuracy, speed, collaboration, and accountability. As a key operational leader, you will help drive business performance while developing talent, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Do

- Lead and support Billing Executives in daily operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and delivery.




- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate activities with local stations, overseas agents, and transportation providers.
- Manage operational escalations, urgent billings, delays, and service failures.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Optimize workload distribution and resource allocation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Promote best practices, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.

What We're Looking For ✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.

✔ 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Air & Ocean Operations.

✔2- 3 years of experience in leadership.

✔ Strong experience managing end-to-end Billing processes.

✔ Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring operational teams.

✔ Strong understanding of logistics operations and customer service.

✔ Experience managing escalations and time-sensitive operational issues.

✔ Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

✔ Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
