The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and controlling the flow, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely supply to production lines. The role focuses on operational precision, compliance with company procedures, and continuous improvement through 5S and Kaizen initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend daily production meetings and provide feedback.
- Monitor material aging, obsolete items, and excess inventory.
- Implement and sustain the 5S system in the warehouse.
- Control storage space and material distribution.
- Establish and track warehouse KPIs, keeping downtime under control.
- Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy (target: 100% for HV parts).
- Operate forklifts safely and comply with occupational health and safety standards.
- Lead cost-reduction and improvement projects.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: Master’s degree in Operations or Production Management.
- Experience: Knowledge of logistics, customs,



warehousing, and shipments. Preferred: Certification in International Logistics or Procurement.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Software: Advanced MS Office and Teams; Intermediate SAP.

Skills and Competencies

- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams.
- Knowledge of FIFO, 5S, Poka-Yoke, ISO 9001, CTPAT, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Understanding of customs regulations and shipment documentation.
- Demonstrates innovation, customer focus, accountability, collaboration, and adaptability.
