We're growing our freelance talent pool and looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to collaborate with us across different projects on an ongoing basis. We're after someone with a proven track record of delivering polished, high-quality motion assets someone who can bring corporate learning content to life without it feeling corporate.
What You'll Do
- Design and animate compelling 2D and 3D motion graphics.
- Work within Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) to produce high-quality designs and animations
- Bring fresh eyes to how AI-assisted tools (we use Runway, Seedance, and similar) can speed up or elevate the animation process
- Stay current on motion design trends and bring ideas to the table, not just execution
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously — we work with several enterprise clients at once, so organization matters as much as talent.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role (3–5 years)
- Strong command of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid foundation in graphic design principles, not just animation
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear communication skills — you'll present concepts directly to Producers and, at times, clients
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt when a brief shifts mid-project
- A genuine interest in AI-assisted production tools
EducationB.A. in animation, film, design, or equivalent professional experience.
