Are you ready to dive into the world of electronic payments in Latin America?

Customer Intelligence Inc. is looking for a Junior Implementation Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Mexico (hybrid), supporting key clients in the financial industry for Mastercard.

? Position details:

→ Hybrid work model (on-site at Mastercard)

→ Independent contractor scheme (professional services agreement)

→ Start date: October/November

→ Initial contract duration: 12 months, with high probability of renewal

? What you'll do:

→ Lead end-to-end implementation projects for electronic payment processing

→ Conduct system impact analysis and customer needs assessments

→ Oversee customer testing and ensure quality of integrations

→ Advise clients' technical teams and ensure product compliance

→ Collaborate with senior and executive stakeholders across the region

? What we're looking for:





→ 3–5 years of experience in project management or technical implementation

→ Knowledge of payment processing systems, APIs (Java / open languages), and network services

→ Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual)

→ Experience in IT systems, development methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership
