About Position The M&A; End User Migration Engineer is responsible for the hands-on migration of acquired company employees into the Everon end-user computing environment. The role focuses on workstation cutovers, mobile device onboarding, Microsoft 365 onboarding, application packaging, and user-facing migration support. The engineer follows defined migration plans, troubleshoots issues, documents findings, and partners with internal IT teams to help acquired employees become productive in the Everon environment.

What You'll Do

- Perform hands-on workstation migration and cutover activities for acquired company users.




- Lead scheduled end-user migration calls to transition users from the legacy environment to the Everon environment.
- Reset and enroll Windows workstations through Microsoft Autopilot instead of performing user profile migrations.
- Support migration activities involving Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Package, deploy, and validate applications required by acquired employees and business units.
- Identify legacy application requirements and help determine how applications will function on Everon-enrolled devices.
- Support mobile device enrollment and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate Microsoft 365 tenant onboarding, Teams migration, and SharePoint migration activities with the Infrastructure & Messaging contractor.
- Coordinate hardware refreshes and device shipments when required by the acquisition plan.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and escalate to endpoint, security, messaging, application, or infrastructure teams as appropriate.
- Create and maintain migration documentation, user instructions, issue logs, and lessons learned.
- Provide stabilization and end-user support for approximately 30 to 60 days after each acquisition cutover.

Expertise You'll Bring

- Hands-on experience supporting Windows endpoint migrations, deployments, or device refresh projects.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and mobile device enrollment.
- Ability to package applications or assist with business application deployment and validation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 services, collaboration tools, and application access.




- Ability to work directly with end users during migration calls and cutover events.
- Ability to follow migration runbooks, capture issues accurately, and communicate blockers clearly.
- Experience with M&A; or acquisition integration support is preferred.
- Experience with remote user support, application compatibility testing, and migration knowledge articles is preferred.

Success Measures

- Acquired users are migrated to Everon-managed devices with minimal business disruption.
- Devices are successfully reset, enrolled through Autopilot, and compliant with Everon policies.
- Required applications are deployed, validated, and functional after cutover.
- Migration issues are documented, escalated appropriately, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Users receive effective stabilization support during the 30 to 60-day post-migration period.
