As a Maintenance Manager at Koch Engineered Solutions, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing maintenance and facility operations at our new start-up facility in Monterrey.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the overall productivity of the site.

What You Will Do

- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs utilizing the general EAM system to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
- Oversee the installation, inspection, and maintenance of all plant equipment, tooling and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to support the facility's operational objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment issues promptly and effectively.




- Manage spendings for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and increase equipment reliability.
- Stay informed about the latest maintenance technologies and best practices, implementing relevant advancements when appropriate.
- Build and maintain relationships with equipment and service vendors to support plant equipment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Proven experience in maintenance and facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Valid VISA and Passport.
- Availability to travel.
