Position Summary
At Parker Hannifin, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for preparing accurate customer quotations by collecting, updating, and analyzing information related to products, customers, markets, and competitors.
The Pricing
Analyst will also support the implementation of pricing strategies, contribute to process improvements, and ensure the accurate configuration of items in the product master catalog within the ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, organize, and update information required for departmental processes.
- Support the definition of guidelines and standards for area processes.
- Implement automated tools to improve process efficiency.
- Apply continuous improvement techniques to departmental processes.
- Communicate area processes clearly and effectively.
- Measure the effectiveness of processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Meet customer service goals related to area processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs and company standards.
- Prepare and issue customer quotations based on accurate product, customer, market, and competitor information.
- Support the implementation of pricing strategies.
- Configure items accurately in the product master catalog within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, process alignment, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced Business English Profiency.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong quantitative skills.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools.
- Intermediate knowledge of programming tools.
- Intermediate understanding of finance for non-financial professionals.
- Intermediate knowledge of the sales process.
- Basic ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Intermediate knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- Intermediate project management skills.
