Project Manager (IT – Delivery) is a full-time, remote role in Mexico.

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring IT delivery projects, ensuring that scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards are met, & Concurrent Delivery on hypercare and beyond.

The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder expectations, and facilitates clear communication between technical and business partners.

What you need to deliver:

- Cross-functional planning and coordination: Develop and maintain the workstream's work plan, coordinating across development leads, Product Owners, Architecture, and other involved areas.
- Commitment tracking: Ensure that responsible parties deliver on their commitments on time.
- Team and role definition: Map out the team, define and communicate roles and responsibilities to ensure excellent communication at the delivery stream level and effective alignment with leadership.
- Status monitoring and reporting: Keep the work plan up to date, track progress, and generate status reports for stakeholders.
- Milestone and critical path control: Ensure adherence to the critical path and committed milestones.
- Risk management: Lead risk identification sessions, monitor risks, escalate proactively, and follow up on action plans and dependencies.
- End-to-end alignment: Maintain full end-to-end alignment of the delivery stream, from Grooming through production release.
- Delivery and stabilization follow-up:



Track key activities through final delivery and follow up on the Hypercare period until exit criteria are met to close out the delivery stream.
- Change management: Lead the identification of communication and change management needs.

Qualifications:

- Strong project and program management skills including Nurturing Ideas into projects, Project Planning and Program Management, with demonstrated experience leading IT delivery initiatives.
- Solid Information Technology background, with the ability to understand technical solutions, system dependencies, and software delivery lifecycles.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring KPIs, assessing risks, and making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Clear and effective Communication skills, including stakeholder management, status reporting, and facilitation of meetings across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders, managing priorities and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or PMBOK-based practices).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are considered an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work remotely, based in Mexico and monthly travel as project needs require.
- 12 Months contract
