Position/Job Purpose

- Develop Mexican markets with due knowledge and experience within a short period of time.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand market needs, identify potential opportunities and proactively participate in marketing and the product development cycle.
- Initiate credit business, project financing and syndication loans for commercial banking customers.
- Under the instruction of department head, lead the business development team to penetrate further into existing clients, increasing BOC's share of wallet.
- Under the instruction of department head, lead the business development team to gain market share by proactively winning business from new clients.
- Supervise the activities of the business development team and ensure that they adhere to the defined policies and procedures.
- Participate in the definition of performance metrics for the sales team and incentives.




- Control the execution and results of the business development process.

Experience and Knowledge

- Bachelor degree above.
- Experience in corporate banking business.
- Familiar and experience in project financing, syndicated/bilateral loan.
- Solid knowledge and market intelligence on corporate banking business in Mexican market.
- Preferably with the working experience in the Asian financing institution.
- Strong teamwork ethic.
- Good communication/presentation skills in English.
