We're looking for an organized and proactive Rent Manager & Tenant support Specialist to support property management operations for U.S.-based clients using Rent Manager software. This position combines administrative coordination with financial data entry and property-related support activities.

Responsibilities

- Manage and update property information using Rent Manager
- Enter bills, expenses, rent payments, and financial records
- Support lease administration and tenant record management
- Track rent collection activities and payment records
- Coordinate maintenance requests and update ticket statuses
- Maintain organized digital documentation
- Support administrative workflows for property management operations
- Verify the accuracy of entered data and maintain system integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Assist with reporting and operational follow-up

Requirements

- Experience in administrative support, real estate operations,



property management, accounting support, or data entry
- Familiarity with Rent Manager is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced English comprehension and communication
- Comfortable working with financial and operational software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with property management software
- Exposure to bookkeeping or invoice management
- Understanding of rent collection, lease administration, or maintenance coordination
- Quick learner with strong process-following abilities
