The Role

You'll join our Real-Time Operations Center (RTOC) to monitor live drilling-data feeds between the service companies and the operator, safeguard their integrity, and resolve incidents without disrupting the operation. This is a data and operations role, not a wellsite or drilling-engineering position.

Main function:

Monitor the real-time transmission of drilling data between the service companies and the operator, safeguarding its integrity through the WITS0 and WITSML standards, and detect and resolve dropouts or inconsistencies. Configure and maintain WITSML stores, dashboards, and visualization infrastructure, and provide second-line (L2) technical support: triage, root-cause analysis,



escalation, and SLA compliance. Support operational reporting and KPIs (NPT, efficiency), and coordinate with wellsite personnel and engineering teams to reproduce and resolve issues.

A real plus (and our differentiator)

Hands-on use of AI for monitoring and problem-solving: anomaly detection, predictive alerting, or automating workflows with Python, LLMs, and tools like n8n.

Nice to have

- Working knowledge of Linux and networking
- Certifications in Linux, cloud (AWS/Azure), or ITIL

- Monthly gross salary MXN 30,000
