We're hiring a Senior Technical Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow practice.

If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, leading development teams, and building scalable ServiceNow solutions for international clients, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions

Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements

Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews

Work across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and FSM

Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and related technologies

Mentor and support junior consultants and developers

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience

Strong scripting and platform development expertise





Experience with integrations, platform architecture, ACLs, and security concepts

Experience leading technical workstreams or development teams

Advanced English and Spanish

Nice to Have

CSA Certification

CAD Certification

CIS Certifications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM)

Progress toward CTA
