Key Responsibilities:

- L3 Technical & Functional Support: Provide expert Level 3 support to Back-Office end-user issues, addressing both functional and technical complexities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to resolve critical issues, drive necessary enhancements, and coordinate day-to-day deliverables.
- Requirements & Development: Analyze requirements per assigned streams, formulate solutions, and develop fixes or enhancements to meet project goals.
- Release & Testing Management: Perform rigorous testing for assigned deliverables and actively participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT).
- Continuous Improvement:



Stay up-to-date with new Murex application developments, version upgrade releases, integral regulations, and industry practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (Senior-level expertise in pre-trade MSL and post-trade workflows such as Contracts, Events, Deliverables, and/or Exchanges).
- Core Technical Competencies: Hands-on experience in MxML, Datamart, Batch processing, End of Day (EOD) flows, interfaces, and the Trade Life Cycle.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong business/functional understanding of Back-Office processes (including middle-office, settlements, and confirmations).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (Oracle and/or Sybase) and Unix commands.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- Languages: English (B2 Upper Intermediate or higher)
