Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across our technical, engineering, and executive leadership pipelines throughout Latin America. Serving as a trusted talent advisor, you will partner directly with Engineering Directors, Sales Executives, and cross-functional leadership to attract, headhunt, and select top-tier talent in competitive markets.
This role is based at Motorola Solutions’ offices in Mexico City (Bosques de las Lomas) on a hybrid schedule.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, offer, and pre-onboarding) for technical, engineering, corporate, and high-volume operational roles.
- Executive & Niche Hiring: Lead proactive headhunting and candidate engagement strategies for critical, niche requisitions, including Sales Directors and executive Director-level positions.
- Regional Scope: Drive recruiting strategy and execution across target LATAM markets, specifically Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina.
- Passive Pipeline Development: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research,
and networking to build talent pipelines for current and future adjacent business needs.
Strategic Stakeholder Advisory & HR Collaboration
- Business Partnership: Consult directly with hiring managers and senior executives to analyze hiring needs, craft engaging job descriptions, calibrate profiles, and build tailored recruitment strategies.
- Market & Compensation Intelligence: Partner with HR to deliver real-time market insights, salary benchmarking data, and competitor intelligence to guide offer creation and leadership decision-making.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws across all active operating countries.
Candidate Experience & Operational Excellence
- Candidate & Hiring Manager Advocacy: Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class experience for candidates and internal stakeholders from first contact through onboarding.
- Workday Data Management: Maintain recruitment data accuracy in Workday ATS, extracting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Time to Fill and candidate quality to optimize team operations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate workflows to remove friction, enhance candidate experience, and mentor junior team members on sourcing and interview best practices.
Employer Branding & Community Engagement
- Ecosystem Representation:
Represent Motorola Solutions at industry conferences, networking events, and campus career fairs to elevate brand visibility and evangelize our technical mission.
- University Relations: Build relationships with key university engineering and technology programs to cultivate early-career talent pipelines (requires occasional local travel).
Job requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, corporate environments handling technical, engineering, or corporate portfolios.
- Regional Sourcing: Proven track record of hiring across Latin American markets.
- Language: Advanced / Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Work Location: Ability to work on-site at least 3 days per week at Bosques de Alisos 58, Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City.
