To support this mission, Syngenta’s Global Continuous Nursery Team is seeking a Operations Research Associate in Puerto Vallarta. This role will support on leading, executing, and supervising the corn seed processing activities, including drying, shelling, treatment and packaging. This role ensures that all processes are conducted under the highest standards of safety (HSE), quality, and efficiency, utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows within the process.

Accountabilities

- Operation & technical knowledge for seed processing activities.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and quality standards.
- Lead safety culture, ensuring all activities comply with local and general HSE regulations.
- Apply lean manufacturing tools to eliminate waste and optimize the process.
- Maintain, update, and manage all records and/or documentation required and necessary for the department’s performance indicators (KPIs).
