Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improving ? Ensure that all standards are meet during the product life time ? Document monitoring results ?Hold and segregate material in case results are not achieving spec **Customer** ? Coordinate customer visits ? Fullfill CSR ? Solve customer complaints and implement actions ? Prepare and share PPAP documentation to Customer **Methods & Standards** ? Development and maintenance of local quality procedures ? Development of Visual Aids and verification work instructions ? Create and update Control Plan ? Assess and determine test methods map with customer requirements **Development** ? Participate in development projects ? Represent testing and provide test results in assigned working groups ? Participate in cost reduction projects in cooperation with PPI, production and QA **Quality** ? Implement and evaluate quality assurance verification ? Document and notify QA results ?
