As a **Laundry Supervisor** , you're not just supervising daily laundry and/or uniform operations- you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. operations Here's what you'll do during a typical day: + **Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations:** Lead, train, and oversee Laundry and Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms + **Manage uniform distribution:** Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms + **Oversee linen processing:** Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenance + **Monitor quality and efficiency:** Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed + **Optimize productivity:** Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics **What It Takes to Make the Stay** At Hilton,
