This role involves prioritizing tasks, selecting methods, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. The Process Delivery Specialist begins to apply judgment, manage workloads, and support improvements in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities * Perform end-to-end R2R activities with focus on Fixed Assets * Execute asset accounting transactions * Prepare and review reconciliations and reports * Support month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end closing activities * Identify and resolve routine issues independently * Prioritize workload and meet deadlines across multiple tasks * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls * Support process documentation updates and improvements * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations * Provide support and guidance to junior team members **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Working knowledge of Record to Report processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently * Good communication skills (English required) * Attention to detail with a focus on quality and timeliness * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic analysis) **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Solid understanding of R2R processes * Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
