As our new Senior CAD Designer, you will be generating engineered drawings and 3D CAD models for proposals and submittals of Grundfos Engineered Systems (GES), translating project requirements into detailed fabrication-ready designs using SolidWorks. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging. **What you will be doing** As a key part of the Modular Systems team, you'll create impact by Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, and System Assemblers to deliver custom-engineered packaged systems that meet the highest safety, structural, and client standards.. Your main responsibilities include: + Generate General Arrangement, P&ID;, structural, and pipe fabrication drawings and 3D models in SolidWorks for engineered skid systems + Prepare, coordinate, and lead internal design reviews ensuring designs meet safety, structural, and client requirements + Adapt and integrate 3rd party component designs into modular system layouts and create accurate Bills of Materials + Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to compile installation, operation, and maintenance (IOM) packages + Convert 3D models to STEP/BIM formats, maintain the drawing library, and perform deflection calculations on skid lifting lugs **What makes you a great fit** Above all, you are a detail-oriented CAD professional with strong SolidWorks proficiency,



a solid understanding of packaged skid systems and pipe/structural fabrication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. We would also imagine that you have: + Minimum 2 years of working CAD experience in SolidWorks + Minimum 1 year of experience with a mechanical equipment packager or consulting MEP engineering firm + Technical understanding of structural and pipe design and fabrication criteria for packaged skid systems + Strong written and verbal English communication skills It is a plus if you also: + Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Catia, or similar design software + Experience creating P&IDs; and General Arrangement drawings for engineered-to-order systems + Familiarity with BIM deliverables and STEP file conversion workflows **Why you will love working here** We care!
