GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Define strategies to ensure the correct and timely compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations in accordance with current legislation, as well as internal policies and procedures. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring that the company's workforce receives accurate, professional, and customer-oriented support. The overall objective is to prevent improper or extraordinary payments arising from tax, labor, or related matters, while ensuring business continuity in a safe and positive work environment and maintaining compliance with all employer obligations. JOB PROFILE Education and Experience + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience managing payroll, Social Security (IMSS), and personnel administration. + Strong knowledge of current labor, tax, and social security legislation is required. + English proficiency (80% or higher). + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Define tax and labor strategies related to employee payroll, while supporting Compensation projects that contribute to the company's competitiveness. 2. Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, in strict compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, to mitigate tax, labor, civil, and other risks, and avoid improper or extraordinary payments. 3. Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of tax, social security, and third-party obligations (such as child support, employee loans, etc.)
in compliance with applicable regulations, guaranteeing proper payment and reporting while preventing penalties, labor disputes, or civil liabilities. 4. Ensure that information requested by Accounting, Treasury, external auditors, Corporate, and government entities (INEGI, INFONACOT, etc.) is submitted accurately and on time, enabling compliance with labor, tax, civil, and social security obligations. 5. Ensure employee hiring processes are carried out in accordance with internal policies and procedures, as well as current Mexican labor legislation, to minimize labor and tax risks. 6. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of information in internal systems (Fusion, Oracle, Vacation and Flextime systems, Excel files, etc.) and generate monthly reports required by Human Resources Management to support decision-making. 7. Maintain monthly updates of departmental metrics, organizational structures, and cost centers to support informed decision-making and provide better control of the company's salary and benefits costs. 8. Manage employee and dependent enrollments, terminations, reimbursements, authorization letters, and other benefits-related processes with the insurance broker, in accordance with established procedures and policy terms.
Additionally, responsible for obtaining claims reports and monitoring claims performance to ensure it remains aligned with the budget approved by the Finance Department. 9. Ensure that employee welfare and social benefit programs comply with current legislation by properly administering payroll-related benefits, such as versátil benefit reimbursements, medical checkups, and similar programs, ensuring compliance with approved company guidelines. 10. Ensure the proper administration of temporary personnel in accordance with internal policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and minimizing labor, tax, and financial risks. 11. Ensure the accurate invoicing and timely payment of Compensation and Payroll vendors to guarantee uninterrupted service and prevent improper or extraordinary payments. 12. Ensure that all employee-related documentation, including compensation offers, employment verification letters, visa support letters, INFONACOT documentation, and similar records, is accurate and compliant with both internal policies and applicable legislation. 13. Ensure that all Compensation and Payroll documentation is properly filed and digitized within the Doc Solutions system or other designated repositories, guaranteeing its accessibility and timely use. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Establish objectives, evaluate performance, and support the development of the Human Resources Analyst to ensure the successful achievement of departmental goals. **Requisition ID** : 2930
