Join our manufacturing team and support daily maintenance and production technical operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students close to graduation who are looking to develop their careers in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry while gaining hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Daily management and administration of the Maintenance or operation in a Production Technical area (We have two open positions):
Maintenance Administrator:

Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Capital projects, TPM Plan, Time-Outs
Oversee the daily management and administration of the Maintenance Department.
Production Technical:

Monitor equipment performance and production processes.
Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.




Support compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Recent graduate or currently pursuing the final semester of an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
Knowledge of IATF 16949 is desirable.
Internship, co-op, or practical experience in a metal-mechanical or automotive manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Upper-Intermediate English
