The Finance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal and external regulations, effective budget control, and business profitability. Monitor and analyze company financial performance against the approved Business Plan and budget.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and executive presentations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, K-SOX requirements, and corporate policies.
Coordinate audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Develop, manage, and control departmental budgets and financial forecasts.
Support business units by providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
Manage cash flow planning and monitor financial risks.
Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, Audit, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
Fluent English required.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
