- Buildanddeployeffectiverecruitmentmarketingcampaignsspecifictothejobopening.
- SourcecandidatesviaresumedatabasesandnetworkingsitesusingsophisticatedBooleansearchlanguage.
- Sourcecandidatesviasocialmediachannelsanddeepwebsourcingtechniques.
- Generatetargetedlistsofpassivecandidatesusingmembersubscriptionsandtechnologies.




- Solicitandpursuereferralsfrombusinessnetworksand/orinternalreferrals.
- Utilizeproprietarysoftwareformobileandemailcampaigningtotalentcommunities.
- Useasophisticatedmixofmediatoconnectwithtalentcommunity(phone,email,campaigning,networkintroductionsandsocialmedia).
- Providevaluepropositionsuniquelytailoredtoeachcandidatesituationandinterestlevelinthejob.
- Preparecandidatesforinterviews;providinglogisticalinformation,interviewschedule,appropriateattireandexpectationsforfollowupfromtherecruiter;additionalcounselasneeded.
- Ensureallcandidatesareprovidedwithtimelyupdatesconcerningthestatusoftheirapplicationsandinterviews.

Qualifications

- Bachelor'sdegreeinbusiness,management,humanresourcesorrelatedfieldrequired.Equivalentexperiencemaybeconsidered.
- Minimumoffiveormoreyear'sresults-orientedrecruitingexperienceworkinginanin-house,RPOoragencysetting.
- Abilitytoshowcasenichesegmentorindustryexpertise.
- Abilitytoemploytechnologiesintherecruitingprocessthatcreateefficiencies.
- Adheretodocumentationandprocessesforcompliance.
- Experienceutilizingdeepwebsourcingtechniques.
