Spanish-Speaking FX Retention Manager
Location: Cancun, Mexico
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Managerfor our Spanish FX Retention Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Mexico.

Requirements:
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Retention as a Manager
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Currently based in Mexico or open to relocating on short notice
- Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage
