Spanish-Speaking FX Retention Manager
Location: Cancun, Mexico
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Managerfor our Spanish FX Retention Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Mexico.

Requirements:
Native or fluent Spanish speaker
Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Retention as a Manager
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Currently based in Mexico or open to relocating on short notice
Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage
