The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, results-oriented Account Manager to elevate the success of our clients across the U.S. market and maximize the performance of their portfolio. In this full-time, 100% remote role, you’ll combine data-driven analysis, proactive optimization of OTA platforms such as Airbnb, and effective customer-focused communication to improve property performance and strengthen owner relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of property owners and their listings across the USA and other markets.
- Monitor property performance, including bookings, revenue, occupancy, pricing, and overall results, while identifying listing performance issues.
- Take action based on these findings to create a measurable impact rather than simply sharing data.
- Take proactive action across OTA platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com to improve listing performance.




- Communicate recommendations and updates clearly to property owners.
- Follow up on owner requests and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
- Coordinate with the assigned Revenue Specialist, Customer Care, and Onboarding teams to ensure effective execution.
- Identify repetitive or manual tasks and propose ways to automate them through technology.
- Contribute to owner retention by building long-term relationships, supporting the renewal of the partnership, and identifying opportunities to propose additional services or solutions.
- Take in charge of additional operational duties aligned with evolving organizational requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Account Management or other relevant roles. Previous experience in the property management industry is considered a plus.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent spoken, written, and comprehension skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills for ongoing client dialogue.
- Analytical skills, with a strong natural aptitude for numbers, data, and market trends.
- Self-directed and proactive mindset, with strong attention to detail and a goal-driven execution.
