As an Account Manager at SAMY, you will play a key leadership role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of integrated, social-first campaigns. You will act as the strategic link between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams, ensuring excellence in execution, strong commercial performance, and impactful results.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of digital and social ecosystems. Oversee the development and execution of integrated social-first campaigns across multiple disciplines. Collaborate with strategy, creative, influencer, and data teams to define campaign direction and KPIs.

Ensure all deliverables align with brand positioning, tone of voice, and business objectives. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Mentor junior account team members and support their professional development.

Ensure alignment across all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Performance & Growth Management Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and client goals. Translate performance data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.

Financial & Commercial Management Oversee budgets, invoicing, and profitability of assigned accounts. Support commercial discussions and contribute to account growth and upselling opportunities. Work closely with strategy, creative, influencer, and data teams to ensure integrated execution.

Align internal workflows to maximize efficiency and quality of delivery.



Deliver clear and structured performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Translate complex data into meaningful strategic recommendations. 5–7 years of experience in account management within a digital, social, or creative agency.

Excellent client management and communication abilities. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics. Solid understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital ecosystems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including creative, strategy, and data.

Experience in budget management and commercial responsibility. Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
