## About the Role

Tremendous is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to partner with internal stakeholders and help build the data foundations that support reliable, AI-powered data access.

The role will support multiple business areas, including Product, Finance, and Customer Success, while contributing significantly to the company's semantic layer and data models. You will play an important role within the data team, helping stakeholders use data effectively to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.

### Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted, reliable data models and semantic layer coverage to improve the accuracy of AI-generated analyses.

Apply a variety of analytical methods to generate insights into critical areas of the business.

Consolidate diverse data, facts, and findings into clear and compelling business narratives.





Partner with key stakeholders and senior leaders to promote data-informed decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve Data team processes and implement standardized workflows.

Develop innovative analytical practices and contribute new expertise to the team.

Collaborate across Product, Finance, Customer Success, and other business functions.

Contribute to the growth, collaboration, and culture of the Data team.

Evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and help ensure data-driven analysis remains accurate and reliable.

Prioritize analytical projects based on business and product impact.

### Required Qualifications

Strong SQL skills, including the ability to develop sophisticated queries and well-architected data models.

Experience optimizing query performance and maintaining documented, maintainable analytical code.

Proficiency with at least one data visualization or business intelligence platform such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Mode.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to explain technical and analytical decisions clearly and connect them to business impact.

Comfort working alongside AI tools and critically evaluating AI-generated results.

Ability to move projects forward through rapid, incremental development.





Structured approach to ambiguous and exploratory analysis.

Ability to balance thorough analytical work with an MVP-oriented mindset.

Strong business and product judgment with the ability to prioritize high-impact work.

### Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a B2B software product.

Experience with dbt.

Experience with Sigma.

Experience with Snowflake.

Experience programming in Python or R.

Experience contributing to semantic layers or modern data modeling environments.

Experience supporting AI-enabled analytics or data access.

### Compensation The base salary range for this position is $175,000–$225,000 per year.

The total compensation package also includes equity.
