The Customer

Success KAM at Klar is responsible for transforming activated clients into long-term, high-value partners. This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 4 times per week.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of activated clients, building strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Ensure clients adopt Klar's products (credit lines, bank accounts, payments, etc.), Performance Management: Own clear KPIs such as portfolio growth, product usage, revenue per client, retention rates, and NPS. Bachelor's degree in Business,



Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g., payments, lending, , KYC). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
