Role Description We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has great English skills, With a marketing or business degree, to perform a variety of duties.

- Helping support our growing sales and marketing ABM (account-based marketing efforts)
- Helping Sales with Meeting time setups with prospects
- Supporting the restart of our eSage Marketing Analytics Speaker Series in a variety of cities:




- Helping source speakers for upcoming events
- Finding event venues and arranging reservations
- Working with marketing to drive event attendance and post event follow up
- Planning and executing our annual holiday gifts and mailings for both employees and customers
- Helping source draft material for LinkedIn articles and website content on Marketing Analytics to assist us with ongoing brand building
- Managing eSage Partnership accounts
- General virtual office management tasks. Sending gifts and cards to clients and employees at milestone events. Activating our "Unreasonable Hospitality" outreach.
- Email List Management

Requirements

Excellent English

BS or higher degree in Marketing or Business Management

Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable calling senior people or doing video calls

Fully skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and technically savvy to learn new tools and leverage AI wherever possible.

Adecuado is someone familiar with Salesforce CRM and Apollo as an AI Marketing tool

Preference for Mexico based but open to other locations

- The role has growth potential in a couple of directions, including business analyst or project manager for eSage clients, selling role doing inside sales, partner marketing or general Marketing,
