? WE'RE HIRING: Case Manager (Liens Negotiation) — Rose Harper Law, LLC ?

Rose Harper Law is a bilingual personal injury firm serving clients across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We're growing — and we're looking for an experienced, driven Case Manager to help push cases forward, get demands out the door, and negotiate med liens like a pro.

? Pay: 1200+ Depending on Experience (DOE)

What You'll Own

✅ Drive cases from intake through settlement readiness

✅ Prepare and send 8 settlement demand packages every month

✅ Identify, track, and resolve Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA & private liens — and negotiate lien reductions to maximize client recovery

✅ Draft case summaries and provider cover letters (8/month)

✅ Ensure medical records, bills, and documentation stay complete and demand-ready

✅ Keep clients informed and cared for at every step

✅ Manage a caseload of 120–200 cases depending on complexity

? What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of PI case management or legal support experience
- Law degree or similar
- Solid understanding of medical treatment workflows and records
- Experience with lien resolution (Medicare/Medicaid preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with case management software and document systems
- NY / NJ / PA personal injury experience a plus




- Demand package preparation experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/ English) needed

- Updated computer (Windows or Mac) — minimum Intel i5 / equivalent processor or newer
- 8GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred)
- Stable internet connection — 25 Mbps minimum
- Dedicated, quiet workspace
- Headset with microphone for calls
