Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager based in Mexico City, Mexico to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The adecuado candidate will have proven experience managing projects within a consulting or systems integration (SI) environment and possess strong client-facing and project coordination skills.

This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of one day per week onsite in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SAP projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
- Coordinate project activities across functional, technical, and business teams.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings and track action items.
- Ensure projects remain focused on expected business outcomes.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.




- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and maintained.
- Support project reporting and management activities.
- Drive projects toward successful and timely completion.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects as a PM on the consulting/SI side.
- SAP project experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience.
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish candidates with extensive SuccessFactors experience are highly preferred.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
