Mission

We are looking for a Finance Quotations Specialist to join our New Business and Strategy team in Monterrey.

This role leads the quotation and commercial structuring of new business opportunities, ensuring an agile, profitable, and competitive response to prospects. The position exists to support the company's growth beyond its current portfolio, assessing the financial viability of each opportunity before quoting and building the models and proposals that turn it into business.

Responsibilities

- Analyze the profitability and financial viability of opportunities before quoting.




- Build quotation models and commercial proposals for new prospects and OEMs.
- Actively track the new business pipeline: monitoring, prioritization, and cadence.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to align commercial terms.
- Prepare supporting materials for presentations to prospective clients.
- Keep the new business opportunity database up to date.

Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Finance, Commercial, or related roles.
- Proven experience in costing and quotation processes.
- Experience in commercial negotiation and structuring proposals for OEMs or prospects.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
- Industry is open. Manufacturing is valued and automotive is a plus, though experience quoting across different types of business is equally relevant given the scope of the role.
- Advanced English.
