Klar is on a mission to democratize financial services in Mexico—because half of the population still doesn't have access to a bank account. We are now entering the business segment, and our goal is to provide the best financial operating system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

With our head office in Mexico City, and remote tech hubs in Berlin and Argentina, we are always learning something new about another culture or language. This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week.

Building business strategies: Work closely with company executives and high-level management to create strategic plans with key performance indicators Project Management: Support the team in the project management and the development of high-quality deliverables Processes improvement based on data analysis: Mentor and coach junior teammates and engender effective contribution to Klar's knowledge management initiatives and best practices.



Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Advanced English level 2 or 3 years of experience in data analysis, Advanced English. Most communication within Klar happens in English.
