Experience: 5+ Years
Experience in Body shop Robotic Simulation using Process Simulate Software Process Simulate Offline Programming Experience (ABB/KUKA/KAWASAKI/FANUC Controllers)
Core Experience: BIW Process Simulation Software: Process Simulate
Preferred: Process Simulate with Offline programming Experience Fixture development
Core Profile: ABB Robotics / Robot Programming / Automation
Core Skills: ABB, RobotStudio, RAPID, commissioning, PLC integration, automotive manufacturing
Responsibilities:
Program robots for:
Spot welding
Arc welding
Material handling
Adhesive application
Sealing operations
Assembly automation
Create standardized programming methodologies across manufacturing facilities.
Perform robot path optimization to improve cycle times and improve throughput.
