including:CNC Milling & GrindingLaser Cutting & DrillingEDM MachiningWater Jet CuttingPlasma RoboticsCreate and maintain CNC programming standards and training materials.Collaborate with site engineers and corporate subject matter experts to implement new technologies and manufacturing solutions.Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and Kaizen events.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing environments.Strong Knowledge OfFANUC ControlsMastercamNX CAM or similar CNC programming softwareManufacturing processes and automation technologiesExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, 8D, or A3 problem-solving methodologies.Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
