What You'll Do Develop and optimize CNC programs for a variety of manufacturing processes, including:




CNC Milling & Grinding Laser Cutting & Drilling EDM Machining Water Jet Cutting Plasma Robotics Create and maintain CNC programming standards and training materials.
Collaborate with site engineers and corporate subject matter experts to implement new technologies and manufacturing solutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and Kaizen events.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing environments.
Strong Knowledge Of
FANUC Controls Mastercam NX CAM or similar CNC programming software Manufacturing processes and automation technologies Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, 8 D, or A3 problem-solving methodologies.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience using CAD software such as NX, Solid Works, or similar.
Valid U. S. Visa and availability to travel.
