Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic Emcees/Event Hosts to lead corporate volunteering experiences end-to-end—from setup and facilitation to wrap-up.
As the face of Goodera on the ground, you will ensure volunteers have a seamless, engaging, and meaningful experience while supporting nonprofit partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage event setup and logistics, including materials, inventory, and volunteer instructions
Facilitate the full event flow: introductions, agenda, engagement activities, and closing
Deliver a high-energy, engaging experience for participants
Capture event highlights (photos, feedback, attendance) for post-event reporting




Coordinate with nonprofit partners to align on goals and execution
Troubleshoot and adapt in real time to ensure smooth delivery
What We're Looking For
Strong public speaking or facilitation experience (events, workshops, training, etc.)
Confident presence with the ability to engage groups of ****** participants
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage logistics and handle unexpected challenges calmly
High energy, adaptability, and attention to detail
Preferred
Background in hosting (in Spanish), performance, teaching, or similar audience-facing roles
Experience with improvisation or dynamic facilitation
Requirements
Ability to stand for 2–4 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable transportation to event locations
Willingness to support event setup and breakdown
