You will work closely with educators and institutions, becoming atrusted partnerand ensuring they consistently see value in the platform,



driving long-term relationships and renewals.Job requirements What You'll DoOwn relationships with US-based education customersLeadannual renewal conversationsand secure long-term retentionBuild strong connections with teachers and academic stakeholdersEnsure continuous engagement and product adoptionIdentify opportunities togrow accounts organically ●Collaborate with internal teams (SDR, AE, CSM)What We're Looking For ●1–2 years of experiencein Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success ●Background as a teacher or educator(strongly preferred) ●FluentEnglish (C1+)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working with US-based clientsBased inLATAM (ideally Colombia or Mexico) ●Interest in education, content, and technologyRemoteCiudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico IT All done!
