We work fast, ship often and sweat the details.We need a junior designer who can keep up.What you'll be doing:Designing email templates, landing pages and branded assets that convertBuilding and maintaining design systems in FigmaCreating scroll-stopping visuals for our clients' campaigns (think: product launches, flash sales, VIP offers)Collaborating with marketing strategists, copywriters and senior designers to refine concepts and ensure visual consistencyOptimizing designs for conversion and mobile responsivenessIterating quickly based on performance data and feedbackYou're a good fit if:You live and breathe Figma and Adobe Creative CloudYou have a sharp eye for typography,
