Job Overview
Apoyar el desarrollo, validación, implementación y mejora de procesos de manufactura para componentes moldeados y procesos de ensamble, participando en proyectos de nuevos productos (NPI), transferencias de procesos y actividades de mejora continua. Trabaja de forma colaborativa con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar procesos seguros, robustos y eficientes que cumplan con los objetivos de calidad, entrega, costo y productividad de TE Connectivity.
Responsabilities
Desarrollo de Procesos de Manufactura
- Apoyar en el desarrollo e implementación de procesos de manufactura para componentes moldeados y procesos de ensamble.
- Participar en actividades de lanzamiento de nuevos productos (NPI), transferencias de procesos y cambios de ingeniería.
- Realizar estudios de factibilidad y manufacturabilidad bajo la guía de ingenieros de mayor experiencia.
- Participar en corridas piloto, validaciones de proceso y desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías de manufactura.
Desarrollo de Procesos de Moldeo
- Apoyar en el establecimiento y optimización de parámetros de moldeo por inyección.
- Participar en pruebas de moldes, corridas de validación y liberación de procesos.
- Colaborar en la evaluación de materiales, moldes y equipos para garantizar la calidad del producto y la estabilidad del proceso.
- Apoyar en actividades de mejora relacionadas con reducción de scrap, tiempos de ciclo y eficiencia operativa.
- Participar en estudios de capacidad y monitoreo del desempeño de procesos de moldeo.
Validación de Equipos, Herramentales y Procesos
- Participar en actividades de validación de moldes, herramentales y equipos de manufactura.
- Colaborar en pruebas de aceptación de equipos y procesos nuevos o modificados.
- Dar seguimiento a actividades relacionadas con capacidad de proceso (Cp/Cpk), yield y eficiencia operativa.
Colaboración Multifuncional
- Trabajar en conjunto con las áreas de:
- Ingeniería de Producto
- Calidad
- Producción
- Mantenimiento
- Tool Room
- Compras y Sourcing
- EHS
- Apoyar actividades de Diseño para Manufactura (DFM) y optimización de procesos.
- Participar en equipos de lanzamiento para asegurar la preparación y escalamiento exitoso de nuevos productos.
Documentación Técnica
- Crear y mantener documentación de manufactura relacionada con procesos de moldeo y ensamble:
- Diagramas de Flujo de Proceso
- PFMEA
- Planes de Control
- Instrucciones de Trabajo y Instrucciones de Seguridad
- Hojas de Parámetros
- Reportes de Validación
- Asegurar que la documentación esté actualizada y almacenada en los sistemas de gestión de TE Connectivity.
Gestión del Conocimiento y Mejora Continua
- Documentar lecciones aprendidas y mejores prácticas.
- Participar en proyectos Lean Manufacturing y Continuous Improvement.
- Contribuir a la estandarización de procesos y metodologías de manufactura.
Apoyar iniciativas enfocadas en seguridad, calidad, productividad y reducción de costos.
What your background should look like
Educación
- Licenciatura en:
- Ingeniería Mecánica
- Ingeniería Mecatrónica
- Ingeniería Industrial
- Ingeniería en Manufactura
- Ingeniería de Materiales
- O carrera afín.
Experiencia
- 0 a 2 años de experiencia en manufactura o desarrollo de procesos.
- Experiencia mediante prácticas profesionales, residencias o proyectos universitarios en procesos de manufactura o moldeo será considerada una ventaja.
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Conocimiento básico de procesos de manufactura y ensamble.
- Conocimiento básico de moldeo por inyección y procesamiento de materiales plásticos.
- Comprensión básica de moldes, herramentales y equipos de producción.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de solución de problemas y mejora continua.
- Conocimiento básico de PFMEA, Planes de Control y DFM.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office.
- Conocimiento básico de software CAD (Creo o SolidWorks) es deseable.
- Inglés intermedio deseable.
