Location:Mexico City, MexicoExperience:2–4 yearsType:Consultant, PermanentDepartment:Client Success & OperationsAbout UsQure.ai is a general healthtechcompany using artificial intelligence to improve disease detection and patientoutcomes at scale.Our solutions are deployed across hospitals, diagnosticnetworks, and public health programs worldwide.Today, our technologyhas impacted40 M+ livesacross105+ countries , deployed across5,200+sites26 FDA-cleared indications , we are helping shape thefuture of AI-driven healthcare.The OpportunityThis role sits at the intersection of client success, projectcoordination, and operational execution.You will serve as the day-to-dayanchor for client-facing programs driving communication, issue resolution,documentation, meeting support, and invoicing workflows to help deployments runsmoothly across geographies.What You'll Own & DriveOwn day-to-day communicationwith client partners and manage project action items across channels andstakeholder groups.Coordinate with on-groundteams, program teams, and administrative stakeholders to support deployment ofQure software.Drive timely resolution ofclient issues by liaising with Client IT, Program teams, and internalengineering teams.Create, track, and closetickets related to complaints, deployments, and engineering requests withproper client confirmation.Run strong operating rhythmsthrough meeting support, structured minutes, documentation upkeep, and internalstatus reporting.Partner with finance to ensuretimely invoicing and closure of financial transactions, while stayingcomfortable with occasional domestic and international travel.What Success Looks LikeIn the first6–12 months,
