and documentation to ensure alignment and transparencyTrack A&P; spend against guidelines and flag variancesOperating Rhythm & Process CoordinationSupport execution of the commercial marketing calendar (e.g., monthly reviews, QBRs)Prepare agendas, capture action items, and track follow-ups to ensure accountabilityIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting and planning processesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with regional commercial teams, finance, sales, and insights to gather inputs and validate dataAct as a coordination point to ensure timely and accurate information flowSupport alignment of materials with integral standards and frameworkQualificationsWhat We ́re looking for1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, finance, or a related fieldExperience working with data sets, reporting tools, or dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)Exposure to cross-functional or matrixed environments preferredStrong analytical capability with attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to interpret financial and performance data and translate into insightsProficiency in Excel and data visualization toolsAbility to synthesize information into clear, concise summariesStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable preparing materials for leadership audiences with guidanceEffective collaborator across teams and geographiesOrganized with strong time management and follow-throughDemonstrates accountability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentStructured thinker with a process-oriented approachProactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvementsAdaptable and able to manage multiple prioritiesAdditional InformationWhat It's Like To Work HereWe are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.We live up to our purpose employing the following behaviors
