Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Video Specialist to focus on optimizing video content for social and digital marketing performance. This role blends creative execution with data-driven iteration, ensuring video assets support engagement, growth, and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit video content optimized for social media and digital campaigns

Tailor video messaging, hooks, captions, and pacing to platform-specific best practices

Support marketing campaigns with video assets across paid and organic channels

Analyze video performance and recommend improvements based on data

Maintain consistency in visual quality, messaging, and brand standards

Collaborate with Marketing teams to align content with funnel objectives

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience creating and optimizing video content for social media and digital marketing

Strong understanding of video performance metrics and optimization techniques

Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace,



Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered

Ability to balance creative execution with performance goals

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting paid social or performance marketing campaigns

Familiarity with A/B testing video formats and messaging

Experience working in fast-paced, content-heavy environments

Tools & Technology

Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut

Analytics: Native platform analytics, Google Analytics

Social & Campaign Tools: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, scheduling tools

Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
