We are seeking a motivated Ground Pricing Executive to play a crucial role in Racing Cargo, the position be responsible for analysing the current conditions of the land transport market to develop competitive pricing strategies, negotiating with transporters (carriers) and ensuring efficient tariffs for flatbed and FTL services.

The position requires analytical, business, and negotiation skills to optimize costs, ensure capacity, and contribute to business growth by generating new opportunities and providing strategic support to internal teams. In addition, the candidate will need to collaborate closely with operational and sales teams to ensure solutions that are aligned with the end customer's needs.

Adecuado Candidate:





3 years of previous experience in Ground Pricing/procurement in Freight Forwarding industry

Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and International Commerce

Advanced Excel

Good in communication in English and Spanish

Results oriented

Key Contribution:

Sourcing carriers through phone calls, email, and digital platforms

Negotiating rates, credit terms, services, and equipment availability

Developing, updating, and maintaining rates for flatbed and FTL services

Participation in bidding processes, RFQs, and new projects

Market analysis (supply, demand, capacity, cost trends)

Preparation of competitive quotes based on customer requirements

Generation and analysis of pricing and performance reports

Coordination with internal teams to define optimal logistics solutions

Strengthening business relationships with carriers
