Corporate Bilingual Receptionist
Paseo de la Reforma, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico (On-site)
Minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced to native-level proficiency in English and Spanish (conversational fluency is strictly required to assist international visitors; an assessment will be conducted).
- Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and general administrative support.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in-progress) in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional executive presence with highly professional and assertive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, tact, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential executive information.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating welcoming environments.

As the Corporate Bilingual Receptionist, you are the pillar of our office operations and the very first impression our company makes. In this role, you will go beyond traditional reception duties. You will be the central hub of our office, seamlessly blending hospitality, office management, and executive support. You will partner with building management, handle vendor relationships, and provide trusted,
direct support to our CEO.

- Competitive Compensation: $20,000 to $25,000 MXN gross/month + performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first smile of the company by providing warm, seamless, and highly professional phone and in-person reception to all corporate guests and international visitors.
- Drive office management operations by maintaining the visual standards of the workspace, managing vendors and office supplies, and acting as the strategic liaison with building administration.
- Provide trusted, cross-functional support for the professional requirements of the CEO and executive leadership, including the logistical coordination of team transportation.
- Leverage spreadsheet software (Excel/Sheets) to maintain administrative controls, oversee package and mail reception, generate operational reports, and assist with expense tracking.
