Accounting Manager or Assistant Manager

A well-established international company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager or Assistant Manager to lead its financial operations and support strategic business decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional looking to take ownership of financial management, compliance, reporting, and team leadership within a dynamic multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow and support financial planning activities.
- Develop, monitor, and control budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting & Finance team.
- Oversee accurate recording of all accounting transactions.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.




- More than 10 years of accounting experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
- Experience in financial risk management.
- Business-level English is required.
- Must have a vehicle for commuting to the office.
