As a Software Developer, you will be an essential part of the local Software Development team supporting, continuously deploys and enhances IT systems and applications to support day-to-day shop operations. On a typical day, you will work alongside the development team to implement software solutions and provide support for various applications and tools.

As a paperless shop, the role of IT is not just important, it's critical to the success of our factory operations. Your expertise and contributions will make a significant impact by supporting existing applications and tools, providing technical recommendations for improvements, and implementing new features.

Your contributions will also include but are not limited to:

- Translate application User Stories and Use Cases into functional applications or improvements.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.




- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and readability.

What You Bring

- Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Development stack.
- Familiarity with the .NET framework.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Skill for writing reusable C# libraries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillset, familiarity with data science and artificial intelligence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels and backgrounds, from Senior Management to Blue-Collar workforce.
- You are curious and motivated to learn about technologies and how they can be deployed to improve factory operations.
