Iyuno is currently seeking an AR Specialist that has strong communication and customer service skills. An idóneo candidate will have previous accounts receivable experience, tenacity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

· Generate large volumes of customer invoices based on PO's, quotes, and other client agreements, researching discrepancies as needed

· Assist with monthly and year-end closes and audits, adhering to corporate deadlines

· Work with sales and client operations teams to ensure all documents are received in compliance with SOX prior to invoicing

· Compile, sort, and audit documents such as PO's, quotes, and other reports generated from our production system

· Generate data exports from multiple software and perform analysis to compare and combine data into a readable and usable report, for billing and reconciliation purposes

· Use advanced Excel functions to analyse data

Essential qualifications:





· General office/administrative experience; Billing or other accounting/ finance related experience preferred but not required

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required

· Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel

· Experience with financial accounting packages such as Business Central, preferred

· Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

· Must have ability to follow up frequently and professionally.

· Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, accurate and detail-oriented

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver to deadlines

· Strong team player

· Ability to maintain a high level of efficiency, confidentiality and ethics

· An interest in the entertainment industry is a plus
