Scope: Full-time | Software & Cloud Delivery | Location: Mexico

As a Cloud Enablement Team Lead, you will lead the end-to-end Cloud Operations & Billing function across North America and Latin America, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage a team of cloud enablement professionals while partnering closely with Integral Cloud Operations & Billing leaders, cloud vendors (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Customer Success, Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operational Excellence teams to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Cloud Enablement team supporting NORAM and LATAM.
- Oversee end-to-end cloud onboarding, operations, billing, and service delivery, ensuring operational excellence and SLA compliance.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements to increase operational efficiency and revenue protection.
- Manage escalations,



stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration while monitoring KPIs such as customer satisfaction, SLA performance, and service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field, with experience leading operational/service delivery teams, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, advanced English, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

What We Need to See from You

- ?Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience leading operational or service delivery teams.
- Hands-on experience working with hyperscaler cloud programs such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Advanced English required.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, combined with excellent communication, problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.
